Marketing and Communications Coordinator Benefits & Compensation Bachelor's degree: in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field required 5+ years: of experience in communications, marketing, or development, preferably within a nonprofit organization Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills Technically proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, publishing software, and website management Highly organized, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Previous experience: in a faith-based setting a plus Update and implement mission-aligned communications and marketing strategies for both internal and external audiences Shape and manage the organization’s brand voice and visual identity across various channels Develop and execute campaigns to promote programs, major events, and community outreach Establish and monitor a robust digital presence, including website maintenance and social media engagement Track digital analytics and provide actionable insights on engagement Act as a central communications hub, collaborating with staff and committees to ensure all materials are up-to-date and brand-consistent Oversee publications, bulletins, newsletters, annual reports, and event-related content Support event planning and content creation through onsite coverage and creative input
