Marketing and Communications Manager

This role requires a creative thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives.Identify target audiences and determine the best ways to reach them through digital, print, and social media channels.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and optimize marketing efforts.Content Creation & ManagementManage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to produce engaging marketing assets.Brand ManagementMaintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure all communications are aligned with the company’s vision and values.Digital MarketingManage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.Monitor and analyze metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.Oversee website content updates and improvements to enhance user experience and engagement.Project ManagementCoordinate and manage marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to support company initiatives.Analytics & ReportingTrack, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data and industry best practices.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing platforms).Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.BenefitsFree employee health insurance plan!Benefits start the first day of the month after your start dateDental, Vision, and Life insurance optionsAdditional supplemental plans for consideration401K with company match up to 2%Paid time off (PTO)Paid holidays (6)Opportunities to advance your career and payGreat company culture and a team who cares about YOUR successYear-round work – no layoffs!Employee referral bonusesAll work is in and around the Nashville area, no long-distance travelIn-house training and development courses to advance knowledge and careerInterstate AC Service is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
