Marketing and Communications Project Manager

About the Role We are seeking a creative, highly organized Marketing & Community Relations Project Manager to join the Communications team at Cornell ScottHill Health Center. Manage marketing, communications, and community relations projects from planning through execution.Supervise department staff, monitor project progress, and support professional development.Develop and coordinate print, digital, social media, website, and multimedia marketing campaigns.Assist with the execution of the annual marketing plan to increase brand awareness and service utilization.Manage marketing project timelines, advertising schedules, and vendor relationships.Support website content, search engine optimization (SEO), and digital marketing initiatives.Manage the organization's social media presence to increase engagement and community awareness.Coordinate community outreach activities, events, and partnerships that promote the organization's mission.Create, edit, and proofread marketing and communication materials for internal and external audiences.Monitor marketing budgets, grants, contracts, and related reporting.Build and maintain relationships with media partners, vendors, and community organizations.Stay current on marketing trends and perform other related duties as assigned.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field required; Project Management certification preferred.Minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field.Minimum of two (2) years of experience in digital marketing and website content management.Strong knowledge of project management, marketing, branding, and communication strategies.Excellent written, verbal, and content development skills for print and digital platforms.Experience with social media management, digital marketing, and online engagement.Strong relationship-building skills with experience in community outreach and stakeholder engagement.Knowledge of grants, fundraising, and proposal development preferred.Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.Ability to travel throughout Connecticut and work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.Why Join Us Skills: Advertising Scheduling, Alliance/Partner Management, Analysis Skills, Brand Marketing (Branding), Brand Strategy, Budget Management, Community Relations, Content Development, Content Management, Cross-Functional, Digital Media, Engagement Marketing, Fundraising, Healthcare, Internet Search, Leadership, Life Insurance, Marketing, Marketing Campaign, Marketing Communications, Marketing Plan, Multimedia, Multitasking, Online Marketing, Organizational Development/Management, Organizational Skills, People Management, Presentation/Verbal Skills, Project Management Certification, Project Planning, Project Tracking, Project/Program Management, Proofreading, Proposal Development, Public/Media/Press/Analyst Relations, Reimbursement, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media, Strategic Planning, Team Lead/Manager, Team Player, Time Management, Vendor/Supplier Relations, Vision Plan, Website Management, Willing to Travel, Writing Skills
