Marketing and Communications Specialist

Speedy Glass USA is seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Marketing & Communications Specialist to support the growth of one of North America's leading glass service brands. This role blends digital marketing, content creation, campaign execution, and local marketing to help drive customer acquisition, strengthen brand awareness, and support our network of retail locations across the United States. Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept through launch.Assist with promotional calendars, seasonal campaigns, new service launches, and local marketing initiatives.Coordinate campaign timelines, creative assets, and project deliverables.Support cross-functional marketing initiatives with Operations, Sales, and other departments. Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing.Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and digital marketing fundamentals.Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing, including copywriting, graphic design, photography, and short-form video.Proficiency with Canva and Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile management.Experience with email marketing platforms (such as Mailchimp) and content management systems.Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Experience in retail, franchise, or multi-location marketing. Improve marketing performance across paid, owned, and earned channels.Increase qualified lead generation and customer engagement.Execute integrated marketing campaigns that support national and local business objectives.Produce high-quality digital and social content that strengthens the Speedy Glass brand.Enhance local marketing support for retail locations.Deliver actionable marketing insights that inform business decisions.Support internal communications that keep employees informed and engaged.
