Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Provide expert level client service at a fee-based financial planning firm, following high standards of business/professional ethics and legal/regulatory requirements. Greet clients/visitors; maintain office during office hours Answer office main line phone; direct calls Schedule client appointments; maintain calendar for principal advisor Sort and track incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain CRM System Request/collect client financial statements/documents/data Coordinate all client gifts/cards Develop/maintain/implement marketing plan strategies Participate in planning client events and coordinate all related activities Manage marketing platforms/social media accounts/website and research new content; create/send out marketing pieces Scan documents & maintain organized/compliant electronic filing system Provide administrative support to business owner and perform general office tasks/other duties as assigned Prior experience working in fast-paced environment including using social media as an advertising tool (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. ); event planning/management experience a plus Financial industry/compliance knowledge preferred Phenomenal interpersonal/phone skills, written/verbal communication skills, and client service orientation Ability to be an organized/effective team member who can display attention to detail, initiative, manage time/projects efficiently, and handle changing priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems (Redtail a plus), email marketing software (FMG Suite a plus)
