Marketing and Communications Specialist

We are a residential home builder. • Create, manage, and track weekly email and marketing campaigns for reporting. • Responsible for planning events for community openings, sales models, brokers, and the Company. • Social media planning and management • Research and implementation of new marketing practices • Report on competitor neighborhoods, print and production materials, and online promotions and advertising • Weekly reporting of marketing and social media data • Assist with creation and training of Murray Franklyn marketing practices. • Must have excellent verbal, written and editing skills.
