Develops and implements comprehensive, strategic marketing plans and oversees the marketing, communications and outreach efforts of UCEAP. •Demonstrated capacity to envision, design, and implement a successful and comprehensive marketing and communications strategy in an organization with complexity characteristic of a university or similar organization. •Solid organizational skills to lead a team working on multiple, simultaneous projects of varying complexity levels with competing and sometimes changing deadlines; ability to establish goals and workload priorities, and complete projects within budget and time constraints. •Proven ability to lead a cohesive marketing and communications team. •Demonstrated team-orientation and client-focus with ability to work collaboratively; self-starter with ability to work as part of a larger team, and to balance interests and needs of a variety of stakeholders in a complex, consensus-based setting.
