As a Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will assist in marketing CFBNJ’s message across several mediums, including video, digital, social media, and print. • Serve as the primary content creator for the organization’s TikTok account by shooting, editing, and posting videos, staying up to date on trends, and support strategies. • Assist with the management of CFBNJ’s social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn) by producing content and helping with community management. What you’ll need to be successful in this role: • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field • Strong graphic design, video, written and verbal communication skills • Flexibility, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines • Proficient in Adobe programs for graphic design and video editing including Premiere, InDesign, Photoshop • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 programs including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook • Collaborative spirit, as this role interfaces with every department across the organization to help meet organizational marketing/promotional needs • Proven success with social media content creation, strongly desired • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required for travel to event sites
