• 13 years of experience in marketing, working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social). In this role, you will lead the Mastery Marketing team. Responsibilities • Lead a team of marketing and communications managers in the learning and development team (Mastery) in the Global Business Organization. • Oversee core support for the Google Sales framework and Mastery’s skills based learning culture while developing and owning the change management narratives with GBO learners. • Develop, execute, and manage the stakeholder and learner communications strategy complementing marketing plans, and develop audience research to inform branding, activation strategy, measurement frameworks, and learning.
