Job Summary: The Marketing and Communications Specialist plays an important role in fulfilling SRCH’s service objectives and advancing our vision for a just and healthy community where all people can achieve their full potential for health and well-being. Responsibilities include: • Develop and distribute regular communication to patients, staff, community, and donors across multiple platforms (e.g. print, digital, text, patient portal, website, social media, staff newsletter, intranet) • Contribute to the development and implementation of an annual communications and marketing plan to promote SRCH services to patients and community partners • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to develop patient outreach and inreach materials to increase patient engagement with care • Work with staff to ensure information is communicated accurately and consistently to all audiences, including up-to-date website and intranet information • Use communications channels and materials to support a vibrant staff environment, and employee recruitment and retention. Knowledge and Skills: • Commitment to the mission and vision of the Santa Rosa Community Health and an ability to advance community health with patients, staff and community. Use computer keyboard with manual and finger dexterity and wrist-finger speed sufficient to perform repetitive actions efficiently for extended periods of time.
