Otima Investments - San Antonio, TX (Hybrid) - Full-Time | W-2 You will work closely with executive leadership and play a key role in shaping the brand. Responsibilities • Record, edit, and publish short- and long-form video content • Create static social posts, graphics, and carousels • Pitch creative ideas and skits to grow Otima’s online presence • Write clear, on-brand captions and copy • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X • Create investor materials including newsletters, updates, and reports • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity • Assist with podcast recording and content distribution as needed • Track basic performance metrics and share insights with leadership Qualifications • 2–4+ years of experience managing social media or content for a brand • Strong video recording and editing skills (mobile + desktop) • Proficiency with Canva and CapCut (or similar tools) • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills • Comfortable on camera and directing others on camera • Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple content streams • Ability to work in-office, Monday–Friday Please apply with your resume and links to example work (video, social accounts, graphics, or portfolio).
