Full-Time | $45K-$80K depending on experience | Flexible Schedule | Provo, UT (Hybrid) Company: DreadFullHippie We’re looking for a self-motivated, strategic marketing student to help scale our brand across email and social media in meaningful, measurable ways. Work with the founders to shape and execute our marketing presence. Your role includes both creative content and strategic thinking: • Conduct a gap analysis of our current content and email marketing • Present a comprehensive audit of existing social media and email performance • Define and segment our target customer personas • Build decks that outline a clear content + email strategy, including goals, content pillars, and campaign ideas • Plan, coordinate and execute product/model shoots • Influencer outreach and brand-aligned creators • Create and schedule 30–40 posts per month across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts etc. You Are: • A current marketing, communications, or design student • Passionate about branding, storytelling, and authentic engagement • Proficient (or quick to learn) tools like Canva, Klaviyo, Google Slides, Instagram/TikTok • Organized, proactive, and not afraid to take initiative or present ideas • Excited to build a portfolio of real-world strategic marketing work
