Do you love turning everyday moments into scroll-stopping content? As our Marketing & Content Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of bringing our brand to life—concepting, creating, and occasionally starring in content that connects with people in a real way. Write and refine captions, scripts, and messaging that sound like us—clear, consistent, and compelling.Proofread like a pro—catching errors, protecting brand voice, and keeping things legally sound (yes, trademarks matter).Collaborate with media partners to review content and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback.Organize and maintain marketing assets so nothing gets lost in the digital void.Support internal communications and help keep teams informed and aligned.Assist with Trade Program messaging and updates.Manage marketing materials across store locations (yes, sometimes that means making sure the right things get to the right place at the right time).Jump in to support store events and special projects when needed—because marketing doesn’t always happen behind a screen.What Makes You a Great Fit You’re creative, but also organized (yes, both).You’re comfortable behind the camera and in front of it.You notice details others miss—and care enough to fix them.You understand trends but don’t chase them blindly.You’re a team player who can also run with a project independently.You’re adaptable, reliable, and ready to wear a few different hats.Requirements: High school diploma or equivalentExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience creating short-form social media content, including filming, editing video content for platforms such as Instagram.Comfortable appearing on camera and participating in photo and video content as needed.Experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields.Ability to coordinate with external partners in a professional manner.Experience with POS systems preferred.Flexible and adaptable to changes in processes and procedures.Ability to use good judgment in making decisions that have significant impact on the Company’s credibility, operations, and services.Must be able to lift and/or exert up to 10 pounds of force at times.The Impact You’ll Make Your work will directly shape how people see, feel, and connect with our brand—online and in real life.
