Responsibilities: -Responsible for planning and implementing all of organization?s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal -Oversee development and implementation of support materials and services for multiple lines of service in the area of marketing, communications and public relations. Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field -Minimum of 3 years' experience in nonprofit fundraising -Training or experience in developing and implementing marketing activities -Basic understanding of nonprofit organizational culture and philosophy -Ability to establish and sustain relationships with stakeholders and key community partners -Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in execution of marketing and communications activities -Creative, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills -Experience developing and managing a departmental budget -Knowledge and appreciation for the concepts of corporate branding -Experience writing and editing press releases, making presentations, and negotiating with media -Experience overseeing design and production of print materials and publications -Commitment to working with a nonprofit board, corporate leadership, and in cross-functional teams -Ability to manage multiple projects at a time Our experienced staff will listen carefully to your employment needs and then work diligently to match your skills and qualifications to the right job and company.
