Marketing and Development Assistant Location: 1740 Garfield Ave, Des Moines, IA 50316 Overview Key Responsibilities • Take and organize photos and videos for school events and campaigns • Track marketing data (engagement, website traffic) and report results • Support enrollment marketing initiatives and campaigns Qualifications • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or related field) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus) • Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools • Familiarity with donor databases (e.g., Bloomerang, DonorPerfect) is a plus • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks • Commitment to the mission and values of Christian education
