Position Overview The Marketing & Digital Content Manager for CT United FC is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies and content that grow the brand, engage fans, and drive ticket sales. Work closely with media and broadcast teams on all content needs for matchday recaps. Collaborate with other departments to develop fan engagement initiatives, including contests, interactive content, and digital fan experiences, to deepen the connection with the team. Partner with Sales, Community Relations, and Game Day Operations teams on promotional campaigns, community engagement projects, and in‑game fan experiences to create a cohesive brand experience. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management, preferably within the sports industry.
