Marketing and Events Manager

Hi`ipaka LLC, Waimea Valley on the North Shore of Oahu is seeking a marketing professional with strong management skills to organize, manage and coordinate Waimea Valley’s marketing strategy and special events. This position reports to the Assistant Executive Director of Support Services and is responsible for the design and execution of a marketing plan and budget to enhance and promote the Waimea Valley visitor experience. The position supervises the Marketing and Events Assistant and Photograph and Video Specialist who assist with documenting projects and events in the Valley and event coordination. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing • Manages all marketing activities for the company, including ensuring that marketing materials are stocked and distributed in designated areas throughout the valley. • Prepares reports (inquiries, revenue, and survey) to be turned in to Assistant Executive Director of Support Services on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
