Marketing and Events Specialist

Position: Marketing & Events Specialist We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing & Events Specialist to lead trade show execution and support broader marketing initiatives. Marketing and Graphic Design • Assist with the design and content creation of marketing materials including graphics, social media, product sheets, print ads, and digital assets • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral and messaging • Collaborate with internal teams to help support marketing campaigns and initiatives Qualifications: • 2–5 years of experience in event coordination and marketing • Basic graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite or similar design platforms) • Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe, CRM (HubSpot preferred) Work Location: In person
