About Town Square Health Town Square Health is building a new kind of value-based care model. Our team has come together with one goal in mind: to create the gold standard for how we experience healthcare in the United States. We are opening our first multi-specialty health centers serving Medicare-eligible patients, with plans for expansion into multiple markets. The Opportunity The Marketing & Events Specialist is a hands-on contributor role within Town Square Health's centralized marketing team. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Patient Education MaterialsDevelop, write, and edit compelling content for both print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, clinic signage, social media assets, email campaigns, and digital adsCreate and update patient education materials in collaboration with clinical and operations teams, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and brand consistencyMaintain the organization's content library and ensure materials are up to date, on-brand, and compliant with relevant healthcare communication standardsSupport the marketing team in executing integrated campaigns that drive patient acquisition, retention, and community awarenessCoordinate with external vendors (printers, designers, photographers) to produce high-quality materials on time and within budgetAssist with maintaining and updating content on the company website and patient-facing platforms Events & ConferencesCoordinate end-to-end logistics for Town Square Health's centralized events and health fairs, including vendor coordination, venue setup, staffing support, and post-event wrap-upManage the company's presence at national conferences and trade shows, including exhibit booth logistics, shipping and materials management, registration, sponsorship fulfillment, and on-site supportManage sourcing and inventory for event giveaways and materials Maintain an annual events calendar and, in collaboration with local Outreach and Education Managers, proactively identify new community engagement and exhibiting opportunities aligned with organizational growth goalsServe as the primary point of contact with event organizers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for assigned eventsTrack event budgets, reconcile invoices, and report on event ROI and engagement metrics Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with clinic operations, growth, and clinical teams to understand market needs and translate them into effective marketing and event strategiesContribute to internal communications and team projects as needed Provide regular updates and insights to the Vice President of Community and Patient Engagement.RequiredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or a related field3-5 years of experience in marketing, events coordination, or a related roleDemonstrated experience planning and executing events, including tradeshows, community events, or health fairsStrong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiencesProficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) and marketing platforms (email marketing, social media management, CMS) Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a centralized team structureComfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
