A key part of the role is building relationships with third parties such as media, partners, affiliates (such as Tourist Boards), advertising agencies and designers. • Responsible for all internal marketing communications. • Responsible for the planning, production and reporting of all Ski world direct mail materials, liaising closely with the CRM Executive to segment customer data for mailings. • Working with the marketing manager, responsible for the co-ordination, delivery and reporting of all co-op/affiliate marketing campaigns, maximizing income, data capture and ROI. • Jointly responsible for ensuring all property records are accurate and that annual checks are completed ahead of the arrival of clients each season to act as a member of the company wide crisis management team, including cover of social media channels, should the need arise.
