Tasks include but are not limited to the following: \\- Maintaining and updating the realtor's website \\- Contributing to the on-site SEO and Blogging strategy \\- Maintaining social media and help to grow a following \\- Designing and sending monthly newsletters \\- Identifying key promotional dates and maintaining a promotional schedule \\- Making videos for social media and websites \\- Defining and implementing a marketing strategy \\- Creating marketing materials and distributing flyers and posters \\- Developing sales/marketing avenues (special offers, coupons, third-party websites (Groupon, Living Social), sponsorships, etc.) Requirements \\- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field \\- Detail-oriented and very creative \\- Strong research skills with the ability to identify and synthesize information. PLUS: \\- The anticipated scope of work is ~15 hours per week, with some amount of work needed each day (i.e., engagements on social media). Pay to be determined based on experience.
