Develop and implement campaigns to increase exposure for the orchestra, and maximizing visibility, through advertising, direct mail, social media and e-marketing, and promotions Plan, implement, and manage the traditional and online advertising and promotional plans to drive both subscription and single ticket sales against sales goals Sell advertisements for the HSO season program and additional ad opportunities, as they arise Negotiate media buys and cash/trade agreements with media outlets. Manage all ad schedules and budget and ensure quality and consistency of message of all production assets Facilitate and supervise development, production and distribution of all creative materials, including direct mail pieces, season brochures, sales pieces, concert program books, etc. Photograph or arrange photographer for all HSO events Serves as Webmaster for the organization, and is the liaison with the web services vendor Create and maintain functioning social media calendar for all platforms Assist Customers in office and over the phone with ticket sales and questions Plan and manage various HSO events, dinners, and parties Bachelor’s degree in job related field Minimum of two years of experience in Communications/Public Relations/Marketing (internships and some school projects are accepted as experience) Experience with WordPress Expertise in all major social media platforms Experience with email marketing platforms Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks Ability to work some evenings and weekend, including some holidays Photography and videography skills – preferred Experience in Canva graphic design platform – preferred Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator) – preferred Event Planning experience – preferred Ability to Relocate:
