We are looking for a marketing professional experienced and qualified for our assisted living facility. The Marketing and Sales Director is responsible for achieving maximum occupancy and total revenue potential of the community by attracting qualified prospects and converting those prospects into Residents. At our community, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective marketing strategies and building strong relationships with prospective residents, and the professional local community. Coordinates with all departments to prepare for the new residents arrival. Assisting with the completion of marketing pre-evaluations, scheduling of actual pre-move-in evaluations, completion of new resident move-in paperwork, coordination and communication of move-in dates
