Marketing and Sales Assistant

We’re hiring a Marketing and Sales Assistant in Wethersfield, CT.

The Connecticut Team works with telecom and energy clients to run in-person marketing and sales campaigns across the greater Hartford area. We’re growing and looking for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career.

This is an entry-level role with full training provided, so no prior sales experience is required.

What you’ll be doing:

Representing clients in face-to-face marketing and sales campaignsWorking within assigned territories to engage new customersLearning how to present, promote, and close on products and servicesTracking results and contributing to team goalsDeveloping leadership skills through hands-on experience

Details:

Location: Wethersfield, CT (in-person)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:30am to 6:30pm

Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 expected first-year earnings (uncapped commission)
