Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Marketing and Sales Associate based in Kansas City, MO. Strong Communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and build relationships Customer Service experience that demonstrates a commitment to providing a positive customer experience Sales and Sales & Marketing capabilities, with a focus on meeting objectives and driving results Willingness and ability to participate in Training for professional development and team collaboration Goal-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in an on-site team environment and adapt to customer needs in real time Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field preferred but not required Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement is a plus
