Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Marketing and Sales Associate based in Kansas City, MO. The Marketing and Sales Associate will engage directly with customers to promote brand awareness, drive sales, and provide exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include conducting in-person outreach, supporting personalized marketing campaigns, collaborating with team members to meet sales goals, and assisting in customer acquisition efforts. The role also involves delivering product education and contributing to the development of effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and build relationships
Customer Service experience that demonstrates a commitment to providing a positive customer experience
Sales and Sales & Marketing capabilities, with a focus on meeting objectives and driving results
Willingness and ability to participate in Training for professional development and team collaboration
Goal-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in an on-site team environment and adapt to customer needs in real time
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field preferred but not required
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement is a plus
