Marketing and Sales Coordinator

The Marketing & Sales Coordinator is a hands-on role responsible for executing day-to-day marketing and supporting new home sales for a long-standing, semi-custom home builder in the DeLand and West Volusia market. Success in this position requires deep familiarity with or strong connection to DeLand/West Volusia, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to review and act on basic performance data, and a willingness to be both in the office and out in the community representing the Gallery Homes brand. • Own logistics for weekend directional signage to model homes and other events or community signage. • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute events, manage logistics, and coordinate with internal teams, Realtors, and community partners. • Deep knowledge of or strong connection to DeLand/West Volusia, with the ability to quickly learn local neighborhoods, community organizations, and key influencers.
