Compensation is based on experiance. Key Responsibilities: • Present and sell Kimberly Advertising’s products and services to new and existing clients • Develop and maintain strong business relationships to encourage repeat business • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient sales efforts • Report customer needs and potential opportunities for new products/services to management Requirements: • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the signage or LED industry • Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent • Ability to commute and travel outside the office as needed • Active driver's license required • Strong negotiation and communication skills (both oral and written) • Excellent time management and organizational abilities • Ability to manage customer relationships and receive constructive feedback Compensation Package: • 1099 contract • Uncapped commission Experience: • B2B sales: 3 years (Required)
