Each Marketing and Sales Specialist gets equipped with the industry and client knowledge necessary for success through entry-level training on consumer preferences, sales, customer service, market trends, and business practices. Entry Level Marketing and Sales Specialist Responsibilities: • Deliver an exceptional customer experience - ask questions to understand the customer's lifestyle and personal needs, encourage open communication and honesty, and provide product recommendations specifically curated to address their needs and drive sales • Meet with customers daily and enter each interaction with the highest degree of courtesy, professionalism, and kindness • Track and process new orders, account upgrades, and escalate customer complaints to the appropriate department • Maintain a broad working knowledge of all products, services, and promotions available to our customers and stay current on industry-related news • Participate in daily training sessions, virtual networking opportunities, and conference calls to review and discuss customer satisfaction targets, areas for improvement within the customer experience, and streamlining technical support. Job Requirements: • Must have an Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications or related field or equivalent work experience • Is able to work well within a team environment, have good communications skills and is able to take creative direction • Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle constructive criticism • General marketing experience • Excellent writing and editing skills • Must be able to work full-time hours • Ability to excel in unsupervised solo assignments as well as team projects.
