Marketing and Social Media Associate

Relevate Real Estate is a growing real estate company serving the greater Raleigh, NC area. We are looking for a creative, organized, and dependable Marketing & Social Media Associate to support our marketing team with campaign execution, content creation, social media management, and day-to-day marketing operations. This is a part-time role with strong potential for future growth into a larger position as the company continues to expand. This role focuses heavily on supporting and helping execute ongoing marketing initiatives for our real estate agents and the company. Assist with monthly and ad hoc marketing initiatives and campaigns Support planning and coordination of client events and marketing activities Provide general marketing support to agents and internal team members Assist with managing social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Create graphics and marketing content using Canva and similar tools Assist with photo/video content creation and editingSchedule and publish social media posts Sales agent social media support
