Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Social Media Create and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, and email marketing.Capture and edit videos, photos, Reels, Stories, and behind-the-scenes content.Maintain a consistent brand voice that is empowering, inclusive, and fun.Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals and promotions.Stay on top of social media trends, audio, and platform updates.Community Growth & Engagement Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions.Foster a welcoming online environment that reflects DivaDance values.Build relationships with members, ambassadors, and local influencers.Encourage user-generated content and testimonials.Marketing & Promotions Promote classes, events, workshops, and special offers.Execute local marketing campaigns to drive leads and memberships.Coordinate partnerships, collaborations, and community events.Support grassroots marketing initiatives including pop-ups, tabling events, and networking opportunities.
