Marketing and Social Media Assistant

Marketing and Social Media Assistant Snowflake Air is looking for a zealous Marketing/Social Media Assistant who is willing to work hard and grow with the company. The Marketing/Social Media Assistant will work and report directly to the business owner and Marketing partner and will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned marketing campaigns and sales strategies as well as keeping social media channels updated in order to maximize business profits and the long-term growth of our businesses. The successful candidate will perform phone surveys, assist in the development of marketing materials, and seek out social media avenues to connect our brands with new audiences, track existing marketing campaigns, and work closely with employees in other functions, such as advertising, market research, sales, and report on results. Responsibilities • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities • Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/questionnaires • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.) • Update CRM and dispatch software data bases with statistical, financial and nonfinancial information • Organize and attend successful promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns • Prepare and deliver promotional presentations • Compose and post online content on social media accounts • Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc.)
