The Foundry Rowing and Sailing Center, in partnership with MCPC, is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Social Media Specialist to lead and execute our digital and content marketing efforts. • Use AI image tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Design) to enhance content creation when appropriate. • Support storytelling and PR initiatives with photo/video coordination when needed. • Provide onsite marketing support for community and fundraising events. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field • 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, content strategy, or digital communications • Hands-on experience with: • * HubSpot (Marketing Hub: workflows, lists, social/email tools) • Google Ads (Search/Display campaigns, keyword targeting) • Canva (for social media, print, and digital collateral) • AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, Grammarly, or similar content/visual AI tools) • Strong communication and writing skills; able to adapt tone for different audiences • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
