Marketing and Social Media Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator who knows that brand awareness isn’t just about posting—it’s about building a brand that wins attention and converts. Your mission: Develop creative content to maintain and expand Raley’s position as the go-to medical scrub company in Oklahoma. Marketing & Branding • Create and launch marketing campaigns • Design and order marketing materials as needed • Capture brand photography (headshots + lifestyle content) • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms • Develop a recognizable and trusted digital voice What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of marketing and social media experience or a college degree in marketing • Strong understanding of current platforms, trends, and analytics • Video editing and graphic design skills required • Experience with Meta Ads and Google Business Profile • Proactive, detail-oriented, and creative Experience: • Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
