Marketing and Social Media Coordinator

In this role, you will develop creative content to maintain and expand Raley’s position as the go-to medical scrub company in Oklahoma. At Raley Scrubs, we provide the Oklahoma medical community with high quality scrubs through five retail locations, a group sales team, and our website. Expected hours: No less than 32 per week Key Responsibilities • Create and launch marketing campaigns • Design and order marketing materials as needed • Capture brand photography (headshots and lifestyle content) • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and develop a recognizable digital voice • Plan and publish consistent, algorithm-aligned social media content • Create high-quality graphics, reels, short-form videos, and other brand assets • Manage our presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok • Engage with followers and build community daily • Manage and optimize our Google Business Profile • Maintain and update the website Required Qualifications • 2+ years of marketing and social media experience or a college degree in marketing • Strong understanding of current platforms, trends, and analytics • Video editing and graphic design skills required • Experience with Meta Ads and managing a Google Business Profile • Proactive, detail-oriented, and creative
