Marketing and Social Media Coordinator

You’ll play a key role in executing our brand strategy across digital platforms, while also ensuring the accuracy and consistency of internal marketing assets. Ideal candidates are equally comfortable writing an engaging social media post as they are updating a budget spreadsheet, making website edits, or coordinating with a graphic designer to keep marketing operations running smoothly. Marketing Execution • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute programs aligned with our business goals and overarching brand strategy • Build and maintain the marketing calendar, supporting both new initiatives and existing services, including digital campaigns, events, PR, and product launches • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, direct mailings, and other client communications using platforms such as Constant Contact Digital Content & Internal Asset Management • Maintain and organize marketing collateral, digital assets, presentations, and website content including headshots, bio, team inserts, service pages, and other internal materials • Support website content updates and SEO optimization in collaboration with web vendors or internal stakeholders Required • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or social media coordination • Proven experience managing social media platforms, including content creation, engagement, and growth strategies • Proficiency in design and scheduling tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on professional, brand-aligned tone • Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot • Basic understanding of SEO and paid digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads) • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance • Willingness to learn and work within the regulatory environment of financial services • A curious, proactive mindset with a willingness to experiment and refine through testing
