If you’re equal parts strategist, executor, and creator — this role is for you.Key Responsibilities: Social Strategy & Audience GrowthLead and execute social media strategy for clinical partners.Build content calendars aligned to live events, podcasts, and partner initiativesDrive engagement, conversation, and audience growth across Linked In, X, Instagram and other relevant channelsMonitor trends and proactively recommend content opportunitiesManage posting cadence, copywriting, and community managementTranslate performance metrics into clear reporting and optimization plansContent Creation & Visual ExecutionDesign on‑brand social graphics and promotional assetsEdit short‑form video clips and social‑ready contentMaintain consistency with brand voice: peer‑led, approachable, clinically credibleCollaborate with leadership and KOL partners to amplify contentMarketing Support & Cross‑Functional CollaborationSupport live event promotion and post‑event amplificationAssist with email marketing campaigns (Hub Spot experience a plus)Contribute to product launches and marketing campaigns as neededPartner with Sales and Brand teams to align messaging and prioritiesWhat We are Looking For:8+ years of experience in social media, audience engagement, or digital marketingExperience marketing to physicians or healthcare professionalsProven ability to grow and engage professional audiencesStrong copywriting skills with an understanding of tone and voiceGraphic design and/or video editing skills a strong plus (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite)Comfortable interpreting engagement data and performance metricsUnderstanding of how to cover live events on socialSelf‑starter who thrives with autonomy and ownershipWhy This Role Matters:You won’t just “post content.” You’ll shape how thousands of clinicians engage with our platforms and peers.
