Marketing and Social Media Coordinator

Duties Develop, execute, and monitor social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok using tools like Meta Business Suite and a monthly calendar.Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.Respond to all messages and comments in a positive and timely manner.Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads to increase reach and engagement.Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Web analytics platforms to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including public relations, graphic design, web development, and e-commerce to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.Maintain relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners to enhance brand awareness through public relations efforts.Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.Manage website listings and event calendars with updated information.Track increase/decrease in followers and engagement on social media month to month on a spreadsheet- submit quarterly to Owners and General Manager.Coordinate and review with General Manager the advertising aspect of advertising and sponsorship agreements. Collaborate and coordinate with other departments.Responsible for tracking all promotions for advertising/ marketing.Responsible for tracking and maintenance of discounts.Responsible for being onsite for any promotions on the farm including large client events.
