We are seeking a strategic, community- focused Marketing Assistant to join our team at Chick-fil-A Austintown. This role will require both helping to develop and execute local marketing strategies that grow sales, deepen community connections, and create memorable experiences for our guests - while living out our mission of serving with care. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Helping execute our local marketing calendar of events aligned with business goals and seasonal opportunities. • Capture and edit social media postings that align with both Chick-fil-A standards and Marketing Director preferences. To maintain a consistent amount of hours scheduled each week, any individual hired for this position will also be required to work on the floor at our restaurant in operations.
