Circo Enterprises is looking for a driven, high energy, and capable individual with the personal and marketing skills to be an effective Marketing and Property Management Assistant. \\- Responsible for posting and maintaining various online platforms to advertise properties and vacancies \\- Upkeep of onsite digital signage (interior/exterior) \\- Ordering inventory and maintaining vendor relationships in regard to physical marketing materials and various supplies for properties and staff \\- Keeping positive working relationships with marketing/advertising contractors in regard to print and digital marketing as directed by Property Manager. \\- Assisting Property Manager with day to day tasks and responsibilities.
