We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Director with daily tasks and oversee staff when needed. Responsibilities include: • Assisting the Marketing Director with daily tasks • Managing and maintaining accurate Excel spreadsheets • Sending and organizing mass emails • Answering and directing phone calls • Looking up information and keeping clinic records current • Operating copy and fax machines • Using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook) • Overseeing staff in the absence of the Marketing Director • Maintaining attention to detail and adapting to changes as needed Hours: • Monday – Thursday: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm • Friday: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm • Every other Saturday: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm • Potential Sunday shifts: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm Qualifications: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook) • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to adapt to changing priorities • Professional phone and communication skills • Leadership ability to oversee staff when required If you are motivated, dependable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you
