Duties and Responsibilities • Assist the Director of Media and Chief Marketing Officer with all seen and unforeseen tasks o Ideation of campaigns on a seasonal, quarterly and annual basis • Design + Media Support o Assist with the design and implementation of marketing campaigns o Assist with both video and photo shoots Setting up lights/cameras Sanitizing video elements Running production related errands Clean lenses o Creating design solutions and help present our products and services Work with clothing; design apparel Create swag mockups for consideration Review graphics being sent to print Create professional Instagram Stories Build e-mails in Mailchimp Design Bitchin' packaging using proper branding guidelines Learn to composite 3D product images with Adobe Dimension Cut vinyl adhesive decals with Silhouette Cameo cutter Color correct raw images Request coupon codes and design Bitchin' Coupons Get competitive quotes for prints, swag, services o Edit photos/videos Assist in outlining graphics in Photoshop Importing, laying media in the timeline, organizing bins etc. o Elevate company’s brand through all design efforts o Maintain and organize electronic archive of design files, photos and videos • Customer Service o Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner and within the pre-determined and agreed-to brand voice o Monitor and report on all social activity to internal teams on an ongoing basis o Pull, filter, scrub, and review platform specific data to glean insights, learnings and provide optimization recommendations o Practice social listening to increase engagement and positive communication within the community o Identify conversational and cultural trends that can be leveraged within content when relevant • Assist in general organization, inventory, and reporting tasks • Other tasks as they may arise from time to time Qualifications • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a compelling portfolio • Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. • Solid problem-solving skills • Strong ability to assess priorities and multi-task • Adaptable to evolving environments and can take direction from multiple people • Ability to quickly learn and navigate several internal processes, procedures and vendor systems • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. • The Employee will be responsible for time sensitive tasks that may require specific working hours. • The Employee may be granted remote privileges.
