Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities: -Increase brand visibility and deploy engagement strategy -Manage social media platforms: IG, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn -Copywriting and content creation for website, blog, marketing newsletters + social media -Updating marketing materials and daily posting -Social media engagement on all platforms with current and potential followers -Design social media stories and graphics in Canva or related app for IG + FB -Basic photo editing and photo organization -Research and outreach for partnerships, collaborations and engagement to brand’s demographic Requirements: -Minimum 2+ years of marketing, social media or related experience -Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; copy writing skills -Demonstrate proficiency with all social media (especially Instagram and Facebook), Mac Computers and other applications, including iPhoto, Google Drive, Later.com, Canva, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, WordPress, Kajabi, Squarespace (not all are required, but you must be tech + design savvy) -Willingness to learn applications and skills quickly -Willingness to remain flexible, calm under pressure, accountable for tasks and have a team player mentality -Must be extremely organized and act on behalf of the owner/founder and must be able to work independently -Critical thinking and problem solving skills are a must -Positive, can do attitude, kindness and clear communication are highly desired -Interested in self- development, wellness and holistic living -Candidate can live anywhere in the United States Hours + Pay: This is currently a part-time position starting at 15 hours per week at $25 a hour.
