It’s how we tell stories, connect our community, share the impact of exceptional coaching, and highlight our athletes’ success. using tools such as Metricool or similar scheduling software • Ensure posts are correctly formatted and cross-posted across all platforms • Maintain the marketing and content calendar to ensure campaigns, events, and promotions launch on time • Create and update basic marketing assets (flyers, graphics, social posts) using tools such as Canva, based on approved designs and direction • Coordinate with the Media Team to distribute photo and video content once produced • Assist with updating website pages, blogs, and landing pages as directed Success in this role looks like: • Consistent, high-quality marketing output across all platforms • Campaigns launched on time with strong execution • Increased engagement across email and social channels • Leads receiving fast, clear communication and move to the next step • Athlete and client wins consistently captured, developed into content, and shared across platforms • Marketing assets and content are created and distributed in alignment with campaign goals • Nothing falls through the cracks • Strong writing skills — able to craft clear, engaging, brand-aligned marketing communication that connects with the intended audience and drives action (not generic or AI-dependent) • 1–3 years of marketing, communications, or content execution experience (or strong portfolio) • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proactive follow-through • Able to manage multiple projects at once and maintain quality and organization in a fast-paced environment • Working knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing, and basic SEO — with a strong curiosity to learn what drives performance.
