Marketing Assistant

Plan, develop and execute full marketing campaigns for both brands Manage and grow social media accounts for businesses Manage and strategize digital advertising (Meta, Google, OTT, etc.) Assist in creating and scheduling posts for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms Help develop content ideas (promotions, trends, seasonal posts) Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages Track basic performance metrics (likes, reach, engagement) Travel to restaurant locations to capture content for social media Assist with setting up and monitoring paid ads (Meta, Google) Help track performance of campaigns Learn how to test different creatives and audiences Help compile simple weekly or monthly marketing reports Track metrics like engagement, clicks, and campaign performance Assist in identifying what content or campaigns are working best This role has the potential to grow into a full-time marketing position as responsibilities expand and skills develop.
