Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support a variety of promotional initiatives for a financial institution in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating campaigns, managing outreach efforts, and contributing to both digital and in-person marketing activities. The role offers the opportunity to work across email marketing, social media engagement, event coordination, and media communications in a collaborative environment.Responsibilities:• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other outreach channels.• Coordinate event-related activities, including preparation, logistics, and follow-up communications.• Assist with day-to-day marketing projects to help maintain consistent brand visibility and member engagement.• Create, schedule, and monitor social media content to strengthen audience interaction and awareness.• Contribute to media outreach efforts by helping organize communications and promotional materials.• Track campaign and activity progress, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met across multiple initiatives
