Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a motivated entry level Marketing Assistant to support the execution of our marketing strategy. In this role, you will help promote our fitness technologies and educational content across digital channels, assist with content creation, website maintenance, and graphics. Playing a key part in expanding our reach to schools, fitness professionals, and health-conscious individuals. Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, blog articles,

and promotional content.

- Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including

community engagement and content scheduling.

- Maintain and update the company website (content updates, basic SEO, product pages).

- Design graphics, flyers, and visual assets using Canva and other tools.

- Support event marketing for webinars, workshops, certifications, and conferences (live and virtual).

- Monitor website and social media analytics; prepare reports on performance.

- Assist with online store promotions and customer communications.

- Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments on campaigns.

- Additional duties as needed in a fast-paced, small-company environment.

Required:

- Strong interest and current active involvement in fitness, sports, health, or wellness activities.

- Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms a plus.

- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite or Apple iOS equivalents.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (phone, email, social).

- Experience with website maintenance and basic analytics.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

- Experience using Canva (or similar design tools), Google Analytics, email marketing platforms

- Familiarity with content writing, SEO basics, or graphic design.

- Education in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Compensation

- Compensation: $3,000 – $4,000 per month (full-time equivalent; good-faith estimate based on

experience and qualifications). Part-time roles will be prorated accordingly.
