Marketing Assistant

Location: Fayetteville, AR (In-Person, Full-Time) We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support digital advertising campaigns and help bring engaging brand content to life across multiple channels. Build, launch, and support paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, and TikTok Ads Assist with campaign optimization, audience targeting, and budget pacing Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and marketing strategies aligned with brand goals Design and edit graphics, ad creatives, and promotional materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Monitor campaign performance and help prepare reports on key metrics, ROI, and overall effectiveness Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and advertising best practices Support project coordination, asset organization, and other day-to-day marketing operations You’ll have the chance to contribute ideas, build real-world experience quickly, and work alongside a team that values creativity, initiative, and growth.
