We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support digital advertising campaigns and help bring engaging brand content to life across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who’s excited to learn, move quickly, and gain hands-on experience across paid media, creative production, and campaign strategy.

You’ll work closely with the marketing team to build campaigns, create ad assets, monitor performance, and contribute ideas that help drive growth across platforms like Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok.

What You’ll Do

Build, launch, and support paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, and TikTok Ads
Assist with campaign optimization, audience targeting, and budget pacing
Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and marketing strategies aligned with brand goals
Design and edit graphics, ad creatives, and promotional materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Monitor campaign performance and help prepare reports on key metrics, ROI, and overall effectiveness
Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and advertising best practices
Support project coordination, asset organization, and other day-to-day marketing operations

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, or TikTok Ads Manager through internships, coursework, freelance work, or personal projects
Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign)
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new tools and strategies

Nice to Have

Internship, freelance, or agency experience in marketing or advertising
Familiarity with email marketing platforms or CRM tools
Basic copywriting skills for ad headlines, captions, and promotional messaging
Interest in e-commerce, consumer brands, or social media marketing
