Est. 2004, Food Gurus is Hawaii's largest F&B marketing specialist providing customized creative, communication, digital and marketing services for brand leaders. Assist with client management and maintain assigned client relationships.Generate and analyze KPI reports using client POS, CRM, and OMS platforms; support the preparation of monthly KPI report presentations with accuracy.Provide insights and strategic recommendations based on data analysis.Create and manage internal marketing communications (e.g., operations bulletin, campaign planograms) for client accounts.Research, source, and manage communications with third-party vendors (e.g., printing, merchandise, marketing collateral).Maintain annual client budget tracking logs, including batch invoice recording and filing in the appropriate system.Coordinate product needs for marketing initiatives (e.g., donations, photoshoots, special campaigns).Manage fundraising, donation, and sponsorship programs for client accounts, including responding to inquiries, processing approvals, processing payment, tracking inventory, and coordinating directly with participating organizations.Support on-site social media shoots as a liaison between Food Gurus and client teams; assist with shot list tracking, setup, and capture assistance.Review social media content calendars and client materials to ensure brand compliance and accuracy.Assist with monthly social media calendar questionnaires to align with national holidays, campaigns, and promotions.Proofread blogs, press releases, and marketing materials to ensure quality and brand standards.Support local store marketing (LSM) and HR initiatives by managing project briefs, coordinating approvals, and trafficking creative assets.Coordinate logistics research needed for campaign planning (e.g., phone number procurement, shipping logistics).Manage inventory of client coupons, marketing collateral, and branded materials.Upload and troubleshoot digital menu board graphics as needed for campaign rollouts.Assist with implementation, record-keeping, and management of menu pricing and store hours updates.Facilitate in-house communication and workflow to ensure deadlines are met across projects.Ship marketing materials and other items as needed via USPS or other carriers.Respond to client marketing inquiries by phone and email professionally and promptly.Attend and take notes during internal, third-party, and client meetings, distributing notes and action items.Support and attend off-site promotional events, as needed.Collaborate with the operations and creative teams to ensure project success.Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and Food Gurus/digiVortex team members.Maintain current client information and files in an organized and systematic manner.Shred confidential and obsolete documents appropriately.Stay up to date on client national campaigns, promotions, and brand standards.Other duties and special projects as assigned.SELECTION SKILLS/QUALITIES: Ability to meet deadlines and cope with pressure related situations.Demonstrated ability with computers and related software applications.Self-confidence to persuade and influence others.Exhibits solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects and deadlinesCommunicates clearly and effectively to a wide variety of people – from leadership roles to entry-level employees.Maintains a professional appearance, attitude, energy, and enthusiasm to provide a positive company imageAble to understand and communicate effectively (written and verbal) in EnglishDisplays an impeccable attention to detailIs comfortable handling a high volume of paperwork and projects in a fast-paced environmentAble to work independentlySelf-starter who takes initiative, continually seeks knowledge and improvement and willingly accepts responsibility.Willing to teach, learn from, and collaborate with others.Enthusiastic about developing, refining, and enhancing selling skills in order to produce revenue.Remain coachable and share ideas to strengthen the team.QUALIFICATIONS: Medical, Dental + Vision coveragePTO401k + employer matchingSALARY: $50k
