Overview of Role

The Marketing Assistant supports the Marketing Director to create and implement a marketing plan, organizing and executing events, managing social media campaigns, monitoring restaurant signage, and coordinating donation requests. Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

Work alongside our current Marketing Director to ensure all responsibilities below are fulfilled.
Develop and execute the marketing plan and budget, aligning with business objectives and target audience.
Help plan all aspects of in restaurant events, including our annual fundraiser - Ella's Race - and monthly Family Nights.
Support the social media strategy, creating engaging content for online platforms to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Check out our instagram profile @mychickfila.
Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and support the online reputation of the restaurant effectively.
Help with the creation, placement, and maintenance of restaurant signage.
Help to coordinate community outreach, seek local event opportunities, and build lasting local relationships with our community, which can include donation requests and attending events.
Help to drive catering and outside sales growth through proactive engagement.
Maintain vision alignment with the Operator and leadership team
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned or required to meet the needs of the position
