Marketing Assistant

Southern Cross Hospitality (SCH) is a growing restaurant group based in Savannah, GA, best known for The Collins Quarter, Fishbar, Ukiyo, The Fitzroy, Doki Doki, and The Deck on Tybee Island. We're seeking a Marketing Assistant with a strong interest in food & beverage to join our growing hospitality group. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented people-person who enjoys telling hospitality-focused stories and collaborating across teams. Own review and reputation managementAssist with the design and optimization of email campaignsSupport promotions, events, and seasonal campaignsMaintain online menus and production of physical menu changesAssist with strategy and ideation for monthly social media content and brand-wide campaignsAssist with small design projects as needed, such as A-frame signs and event signageAssist with general administrative tasks including printing, filing, organization, and menu production This position is a great fit for a recent graduate with a degree in communications, marketing, graphic design or social media who's looking for room to be creative and explore different areas of the industry.
